02Accounts and conduct
You agree to follow our community guidelines and any server-specific rules. Cheating, exploiting, harassment and illegal activity may lead to removal without refund.
03Purchases
Purchased items are virtual, non-transferable and have no real-world value. Availability depends on continued operation of the relevant server.
Purchases for our FiveM servers are handled by Tebex as an external provider. Their terms apply to the transaction in addition to these terms.
04Content and intellectual property
Branding, custom systems and original content belong to xWorld Interactive unless stated otherwise. Third-party games and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
05Liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Servers and features may change, pause or be discontinued.
06Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
